A roadshow fails on the gaps, not the journeys. Eight separate bookings across a day means eight opportunities for a car to be somewhere else when a meeting finishes early, or for a traveller to be left waiting because the previous meeting ran twenty minutes long.
We run the day as a single itinerary. The vehicle is assigned for the block, waits between stops, and the chauffeur holds the schedule rather than the passenger having to renegotiate it from the pavement. When the order of the day changes, and it does, the change is made once.
How the day is planned
Before the roadshow we take the meeting list with addresses and target times, identify where the schedule is tightest, and agree what happens if a slot slips. For multi-city days the handover between locations is arranged in advance so an arrival is not the moment anyone discovers there is no car. Billing is against the block, on account, with the day appearing as one reconcilable entry rather than a scatter of small charges.
