Board transport is judged on two things: arriving at the right moment, and nobody noticing the arrangement at all. Directors arriving in a cluster at the door, or a car circling because the meeting is running long, are both failures of planning rather than driving.
Movements are timed against the agenda rather than the clock, staggered where a simultaneous arrival would be conspicuous, and held afterwards because board meetings rarely finish when the agenda says they will. Chauffeurs assigned to this work are briefed on discretion as a standing expectation.
Confidentiality
Passenger identities and destinations on board movements are handled as confidential account information. Journey records still exist for duty-of-care purposes, but the distribution of those records is restricted to the approvers you nominate rather than circulated with general account reporting.
